Fees & Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of your initial assessment. The assessment fee is $80.00 and is typically not covered by extended health benefit plans.

If you proceed with custom foot orthotics, the assessment fee will be credited toward the total orthotic cost of $560.00, which includes the assessment, casting, and fitting. If you do not proceed with orthotics, the assessment will be billed as a standalone fee of $80.00 (see appointment descriptions below). Second pairs ordered within 6 months of the first are $425.

Insurance Information

We do not direct bill to third-party insurance; clients pay upfront and submit for reimbursement. Please note that while most plans cover custom orthotics, they often do not cover standalone assessment fees. We recommend verifying your specific coverage in advance.
