Fees & Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of your initial assessment. If you proceed with custom foot orthotics, the total cost is $560.00, which includes the assessment, casting, and fitting. If you do not proceed with orthotics, the assessment will be billed as a standalone fee (see appointment descriptions below).

Insurance Information

We DO NOT direct bill to third-party insurance; clients pay upfront and submit for reimbursement. Please note that while most plans cover custom orthotics, they often DO NOT COVER standalone assessment fees. We recommend verifying your specific coverage in advance.

Custom orthotics and custom shoes are a core part of what we do, but they are not always the only solution. We ensure clients are fully informed and guided toward the most appropriate care.

Our training includes a degree in Kinesiology and postgraduate Pedorthic education through the University of Western Ontario. We have a background in orthotic fabrication, custom footwear, bracing, diabetic foot care, and client education. Our goal is to help Edmontonians stay active, comfortable, and confident on their feet.

With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta and a Pedorthic Diploma from Western University, Aaron blends clinical knowledge with advanced orthotic design. Based in South Edmonton, we specialize in truly custom orthotics that deliver the accurate, repeatable results our clients expect.
